In recent years,as people’s medical knowledge increase,the gradualstrengthening of the human rights awareness,put forward higherrequirements on medical service attitude and quality,the number of medicaldisputes also increased,become a hot issue of social concern.privatehospital as an important part of china’s medical and healthy undertaking,auseful supplement of public hospital,always meet people with differentlevel,diversified demand medical service.in recent years with theintroduction of relevant policies to encourage social capital to run medical,private hospitals develop rapidly,some good development, managementnorms, private hospitals have good business concept,, in the profit alsoachieved good social benefits. But some private hospitals are driven byeconomic interests, there is allowed to expand the treatment range, hirewithout qualified doctors, publication of false advertising and other illegalbehavior. Illegal practice, this part of the private hospital sharpened thecontradictions between doctors and patients, resulting in medical disputes occur frequently in private hospital, damage the rights and interests ofpatients, but also affected in the health system as a whole image of aprivate hospital.This paper research on the occurrence of medical disputes of privatehospitals in Yubei District of Chongqing, to find out the current situation ofmedical disputes occurred in Yubei District private hospital, various factorsaffecting the collection of medical disputes, analysis of the characteristicsof medical disputes in private hospital, cause analysis of medical disputesin private hospitals from four aspects of doctors, patients, government,public opinion the, the four reasons according to the occurrence of medicaldisputes, for private hospitals to strengthen medical safety management,and puts forward related suggestions to reduce medical disputes.
