Objective Surgery or CAG results as the standard, compare thediagnosis and clinical value of DSCT angiography and TTE of complexcongenital heart disease. Materials and Methods Retrospectivelyanalyzing33cases (male23cases, female10cases) of CCHD which weretreated in our hospital from September2009to September2012, all patients underwent DSCT and TTE examination,18of which were confirmedby surgery,2cases confirmed by the CAG. Results33patients were detected150malformations by DSCT,and126malformations by TTE.20patients wereconfirmed93malformations by operation or CAG,DSCT and TTE detected89,74malformations respectively, the diagnostic accurate rates were95.7%,79.6%respectively, the difference was significant statistically(χ~2=10.3,p<0.05).There were27intra-cardiac malformations, DSCT and TTE detected26,27malformations respectively, the diagnostic accurate rates were96.3%,100%respectively, the difference was not significantstatistically(χ~2=0,p>0.05); there were11malformations of heart andgreat vessels connecting part, DSCT and TTE detected11,10malformationsrespectively,the diagnostic accurate rates were100%,90.9%respectively,the difference was not significant statistically(χ~2=0,p>0.05); therewere55extra-cardiac malformations, DSCT and TTE detected52,37malformations respectively, the diagnostic accurate rates were94.5%,67.3%respectively, the difference was significant statistically(χ~2=11.5,p<0.05). The combination of DSCT and TTE could raise the diagnosticaccuracy to97.8%.Conclusion DSCT is superior to TTE in detection ofextra-cardiac malformations of CCHD, it could be used as supplementaryexamination of TTE. With preoperative application of DSCT combined withTTE, the diagnostic accuracy of CCHD will be further improved.
