Clavicular Hook Plate Treatment Distal Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation And Clavicular Fractures

Objective: Observation use of clavicular hook plate for distal acromioclavicular jointdislocation and clavicular fractures of clinical curative effect, in order to better guideclinical treatment.Methods: The clinical data of33cases in our hospital from2011January to2013December in our hospital, the acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicularfracturewere retrospectively analyzed, fracture type: Tossy Ⅱ-type III acromioclavicularjoint dislocation in15cases; Neer type II distal clavicle fracture in18cases. Were treatedby surgical operation and early functional exercise, and the curative effect evaluationcriteria of evaluation of Karlsson on postoperative shoulder pain, function, range of motionandanatomy.Results: In this study, patients with distal clavicle fracture group of18cases werefollowed up, followed up for5to10months,average8.2months, dislocation of theacromioclavicular jointgroup18cases were followed up, followed up for3to13months,average11.2months. The former in2cases, slight pain in shoulder discomfort, the strengthwas slightly diminished, upper limb function. The latter1patients havelimited function,the function of the shoulder joint range is less than90°, upper limb pain during activityespecially. The remaining patients can normal work and life. In4cases ofpatients withrivets coracoclavicular ligament repair, other notto the acromioclavicular ligament and thecoracoclavicularligament repair. According to Karlsson’s evaluation criterion of curativeeffect: excellent in30cases, good in2cases,poor in1cases, the excellent and good ratewas96.9%.Conclusion: Clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular jointdislocation and clavicular distal fracture operation is simple, fixed reliable, the curativeeffect is satisfied, is a better surgical method.
