Objective: By detecting ovariectomized rat after treatment with Bushengubenmedicine prescription bone histomorphometry of the parameters and relatedbiochemical indexes evaluating Bushenguben medicine prescription osteoporosismodel of ovariectomized rat, the effect of mechanism to study the effect ofBushenguben medicine prescription against osteoporosis.Methods: Choose105SPF wistar rats, were randomly divided into blank groupand module, ovaries removed building modules of osteoporosis rats model.Module isto be built after the success of the building were randomly divided into model controlgroup and estrogen group, Xianlinggubao group, Bushenguben medicine prescriptionwith low, medium and high dose group;Were divided into7groups, each group of15rats. After a month postoperative according to the experiment design dose and dosageform respectively to different groups with different drugs rats lavage, lavage6times aweek, for10weeks;And put to death in rats by intraperitoneal injection of3daysbefore the first13days and tetracycline hydrochloride fluorescent markers.Lavageafter, all the rats abdominal cavity anesthesia, femoral artery taking blood method isused to take blood, take6ml of blood, and let stand for2hours,2000r/min, thecentrifugal20minutes, in serum, using ELISA method to detect the content ofestrogen, PINP, NTX.Get executed in rats after blood, and take out the right femur L2,make not decalcified bone biopsy, metrology bone histomorphometry.Results:1:Compared with the blank group, model control group on the rat femurbone tissue TBV%, Tb, Th, Tb. N, MAR significantly reduced (P <0.01), estrogen,PINP significantly reduced (P <0.01), NTX significantly higher (P <0.01).2:After medication, the treatment group on the rat bone tissue TBV%, Tb. Th,Tb. N, MAR were significantly increased (P <0.05), estrogen, PINP increasedsignificantly (P <0.05), NTX significantly decreased (P <0.05).3:Compared with estrogen group, Bushenguben medicine prescription up thehigh, medium and low dose group of rats bone TBV%, Tb, Th, Tb. N, MAR were significantly increased (P <0.05), no difference between the rat estrogen, the ratserum PINP were significantly increased (P <0.05); Bushenguben medicineprescription up side, low dose group of rats serum NTX significantly higher (P <0.05), Bushenguben medicine prescription high dose group of rats serum NTX has noobvious change.4:Compared with Xianlinggubao group, Bushenguben medicine prescription upthe high, medium and low dose group of rats bone tissue TBV%, Tb. Th, Tb. N hasno obvious difference, Bushenguben medicine prescription up the high, medium andlow dose group of rats MAR were significantly lower (P <0.05);Rats were no obviousdifference of estrogen, Bushenguben medicine prescription rats serum NTX high dosegroup was obviously lower (P <0.05), Bushenguben medicine prescription in ratserum PINP, low dose group were significantly lower (P <0.05).5: Bushenguben medicine prescription up side comparison between groups ofhigh, medium and low dose group, on rat bone tissue TBV%, Tb. Th, Tb. N, MARwere no obvious difference, no difference between the rat estrogen; Bushengubenmedicine prescription high-dose group, compared with other two groups of rats serumNTX significantly decreased (P <0.05). Bushenguben medicine prescription up highdose group of the Bushenguben medicine prescription rats serum PINP low dosegroup was obviously increased (P <0.05).Conclusion:1: Bushenguben medicine prescriptio can be used in the treatmentof kidney and blood stasis, bone loss moisten the type osteoporosis.2: Bushenguben medicine prescription can obviously increase the castration ofosteoporosis rats bone mass, the inhibition of bone absorption, promote boneformation, and improve the level of hormone.3: Bushenguben medicine prescription can obviously increase the castration ofosteoporosis Ovariectomized rat serum level of estrogen and PINP, lower NTX levels.High dose Bushenguben medicine prescription is relatively low and middle doseBushenguben medicine prescription party to inhibit the action of the level of NTXeffect more obvious;High dose Bushenguben medicine prescription up side lowerdoses Bushenguben medicine prescription will raise the level of PINP effect more apparent.4:Effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment ofosteoporosis significantly,provides the theory basis for the further development andapplication.
