| Objective To explore its clinical significance of DN staging diagnosis, this project willobserve the correllation between relation indicators, which includ Cys-C, resistance index(RI)of renal artery, microalbuminuria, syndrome of blood stasis,Glomerular filtrationrate(GFR),high-sensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP), hemorheology and the indexes of bloodstasis.Methods The patients, hospitalized from December2012to September2013, areselected from integrated Chinese and Western medicines nephrology department of Chineseand of Lanzhou Second People’s Hospital. Additionally,120patients, who were consistentwith the type2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) made by WHO in1999, according to stage, such asstageâ… -â…¡, â…¢, â…£and V, was collected and respectively distributed into group a, b, c and d.Additionally,30healthy people from the physical examination center were named as controlgroup e. The indictors (Cys-C, Scr, hs-CRP, UAlb, U-TP/24h, ηb, Fb, ESR, hematokrit,erythro-agglutation index, blood viscosity) were respectively observed. GFR values wascalculated through the simplified formula MDRD,and aorta and segmental artery RI of renalare measured by doppler ultrasound. The grade of the syndrome of blood stasis was obtainedby the "score table of blood stasis syndrome ". Finally, the result was processed according tostatistical analysis.Results There is no significance to compare with group a and group e about the Scr,GFR, Red blood cells deposited, Red blood cell aggregation index(p>0.05), there is nosignificance to compare with group b and group e about the Red blood cells deposited, Redblood cell aggregation index (p>0.05), There is no significance to compare with group c andgroup d about the Red blood cell aggregation index, Fb (p>0.05), There is no significance tocompare with group c and group b about the Red blood cell aggregation index (p>0.05), therelation between another groups is significative.It showed a negative correlation between theGFR and the score of blood stasis syndrome, the others is positive with the score of bloodstasis syndrome.Conclusion The results demonstrated that the GFR decreased significantly and the renalhad a hypoperfusion, with the development of the DN. Meanwhile The score of blood stasis syndrome and the other result of the inspection are all increaseing except UAlb and U-TP/24h,The study also demonstrates that the lab and research result can assess the stage of DN andprovide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
