Body Fluid’s electrolyte ion concentration measurement is an important test itemin modern medicine. Health care workers can get more accurate diagnostic resultswith the content of the electrolyte ions, and provide effective treatment options forpatients.Electrolyte analyzer is a basic electrolyte measuring instrument which uses ofion-selective electrode method as body fluid’s electrolyte ion concentrationmeasurement principle. With the continuous improvement of medical standards inChina, the domestic large and medium-sized medical units are equipped with suchmedical equipment. Electrolyte analyzer and the medical equipment which has onefunction same as electrolyte analyzer will have a very broad market prospects in thefuture. However, our country is not high level in terms of researching and productionof electrolyte analyzer. There are many old components in existing products.Andthose products’ measurement accuracy and degree of automation is not high. So thatthe domestic mainly relies on imported equipmen make the popularity of medicalequipment get more difficult and increase patients’treatment costs.In Oder to solve the above problems, this paper designs an automatic intelligentelectrolyte analyzer which is embedded with ARM9architecture. This analyzer cansolve the traditional electrolyte analyzer proplems, for instance, old components,single function and low measurement accuracy. At the same time, the use of relatedintelligent lgorithm about fuzzy clustering analysis in measuring ion concentrationand pH value can draw similar cases and auxiliary health care workers to make thediagnosis results. This design uses the higher cost-effective S3C2440A chip as thecore processor and implants embedded Linux operating system to achieve a morepowerful memory management and process scheduling. The Linux kernel contains awealth of hardware drivers which can be modified according to the actualrequirements of the system for improving the control capabilities of the systemperipherals. In aspect of display and control, the electrolyte analyzer use LCDtouch-screen technology. It is current popular that not only makes the system displayand control interface more friendly, but also conducive to the maintenance andupgrade system further. The experiment’s data shows that the measured value of the system is accurate,low error, and the provided similar cases are confirmed with patients’ consistency. Atthe same time, the high cost-effective the instrument can promote the use in large andmedium-sized hospitals. At last, it has strong economic value and social value.
