Research Of Application Of Fuzzy Mathematics On TCM Diagnosis

Objectivity of diagnosis method is the future trend of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of TCM diagnosis, while TCM expert diagnosis system plays a significant role in objectivity of diagnosis method. As the theoretical basis of TCM expert diagnosis system, Fuzzy mathematics provides scientific methods for TCM diagnosis, making objectivity of TCM diagnosis possible and bringing new ideas and development opportunities to diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.In the paper, objectivity of TCM diagnosis, fuzzy mathematics model of TCM expert diagnosis system and TCM fuzzy diagnosis method are studied, with results as follows:1) the author discusses that objectivity of TCM four diagnostic methods is the development trend of TCM diagnosis. Nowadays, there are still quite a lot of misunderstandings and problems in TCM four diagnostic methods so it is necessary to combine tradition and modernity to make TCM diagnosis modernized and objective. Appling TCM expert diagnosis system to TCM diagnosis makes TCM diagnosis transform from description of function imagination to clarifying mechanism gradually, verifying the feasibility of developing diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine from objective and qualitative experienced medical science to microcosmic and quantitative modern diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.2) the author explores the theoretical basis of TCM expert diagnosis system, introduces the definition of expert system and illustrates main structure of TCM expert diagnosis system. Besides, the author uses mathematical method of fuzzy reasoning to program expert diagnosis information and designs specific establishment method of fuzzy mathematics model of TCM expert diagnosis system, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of fuzzy mathematics as the theoretical basis of TCM expert diagnosis system.3) the author studies on the application of fuzzy mathematics method on pulse-taking and tongue diagnosis respectively, uses quantitative description on TCM diagnosis, and utilizes multi-objective decision-making method to establish TCM fuzzy diagnosis model method and specific methods of TCM fuzzy diagnosis. The author illustrates the diagnosis process of fuzzy mathematics method on TCM expert diagnosis system by several examples, so as to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of application of fuzzy mathematics on TCM diagnosis.
