Objective:To study the relationship between heart function and left ventricular mass(LVM), P wavedispersion(Pd), QT dispersion(QTd) and other related indexes in Patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:According to NYHA classification,150cases of patients diagnosed with CHF (CHF group)who were inpatiented in the first affiliated hospital of the medical college shihezi university were devidedinto3groups:group Ⅱ, groupⅢ, group IV, the cases in each group were50. Group Ⅱhad29male cases,21female cases, and the mean age was (69.1+9.00) years old. Group Ⅲhad9male cases,21femalecases, and the mean age was(67.9±11.2)years old. Group IV had27male cases,23female cases, and themean age was(71.0+6.98) years old. in addition,50cases of patients without clinical signs and symptomsof CHF who were inpatiented in our hospital in the same period were chosen as the normal group (controlgroup), with23male cases,27female cases, and the mean age was (69.1+9.00) years old. Compare leftatrial diameter(LAd), QTd, Pd, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEdD), posterior leftventricular wall thickness at end-diastolic(LVP-WTd), interventricular septal thickness atend-diastolic(IVSTd), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Figure out the left ventricular mass(LVM)and analysis the associations of Pd and QTd、Pd and LAd、QTd and LVEDd.Results:①.The value of Pd dispersion was20.84(6)ms,33.50(12)ms,44.50(13)ms,53.00(9)ms,The difference showed statistical significance between each two group,(P<0.008).The value ofLAD dispersion was (27.48±6.004)mm、(35.72±5.470)mm、(42.08±5.760)mm、(48.56±10.30)mm,Thedifference showed statistical significance between each two group,(P<0.05).Spearman correlationanalysis result was that Pd was positively correlated with LAD (r=0.619,P<0.05).②.The value of QTddispersion was9.500(7)ms,31.00(10)ms,42.90(15)ms,57.50(13)ms,The difference showedstatistical significance between each two group,(P<0.008). The value of LVEDD dispersion was(35.42±5.775)mm、(49.10±7.416)mm、(60.02±9.464)mm、(67.08±6.797)mm,The difference showedstatistical significance between each two group,(P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis result was thatQTd was positively correlated with LVEDD (r=0.651,P<0.05).③. The value of LVPWT of patients ofthe Normal group,group Ⅱ, groupⅢ, group IV were7.00(2)mm,8.00(1)mm,10.00(2)mm,11.00(2)mm,The difference showed statistical significance between each two group,(P<0.008). The valueof IVSTd of patients of group Ⅱ, groupⅢ, group IV were7.720±1.144mm,9.040±1.261mm,10.04±1.551mm,10.08±1.602mm,The difference showed statistical significance between each twogroup,(P<0.05). The value of LVM of patients of group Ⅱ, groupⅢ, group IV were65.18(37.27)g,132.2(46.24)g,237.0(121.5)g,332.1(75.15)g,The difference showed statistical significance betweeneach two group,(P<0.008).The value of LVEF of patients of the control group,group Ⅱ, groupⅢ, groupIV were668.0(17),61.0(17),40.0(11),35.0(9),The difference showed statistical significance betweeneach two group,(P<0.008).④. Other correlation analysis results showed that the value of Pd Positivelyand Statistically correlated with the value of QTd (rs=0.733,P<0.05) in patients with CHF. And the value of Pd Positively and Statistically correlated with the value of LVM (rs=0.773,P<0.05). the value ofQTd positively and Statistically correlated with the value of LVM (rs=0.810,P<0.05).Conclusion:①.With the deterioration of heart funetion in CHD patients,Pd is enhanced, the risk thatpatients suffer from atrial fibrillation is increasing. There is a positive correlation between Pd and LAD,There is a positive correlation between Pd and LVM.②.With the deterioration of heart funetion in CHDpatients, QTd is enhanced. There is a positive correlation between QTd and LVEDD.There is a positivecorrelation between QTd and LVM.③.There is a positive correlation between Pd and QTd in patients withchronic heart failure...
