Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of different methods of pelvic organ prolapseoperation,and to analysis the different treatment methods of female pelvic organ prolapseoperation.Methods: In our hospital118cases(from January2011to December2011) with severepelvic organ prolapse surgery were retrospectively analyzed,according to age, number ofpregnancies,profession, age of menopause,operation condition, treatment effect,postoperative syndrome.Results: All of the118cases,85had bulge of paries anterior vaginase,78haddouglascele,60had uterine prolapse,25had stress incontinence;two cases had voidingdifficulties and two cases had defection difficulties,five cases had simple bulge of anteriorvagina wall or posterior vaginal wall.Different surgical procedures were adoptedaccording to state of illness:①traditional groups: Yin’s total hysterectomy+vaginal wallrepair before+after vaginal wall repair.②reconstruction group: all pelvic reconstructiveapproach. Group: Mans type of surgery (resection of the cervical part+the front vaginalwall repair, repair after vaginal wall+main ligament shortens operation). In lower limbthrombosis in1case, postoperative urine retention in2cases, mesh critical leak in1case,2cases of blood transfusion.1year follow-up found to cure110cases, improved in5cases,3cases of recurrence. Three kinds of operation method has a certain influence oncurative effect of different, but no significant statistically significant treatment effectdifferences between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: The choice of severe pelvic organ prolapse operation should be madedepends on the certain condition of female patients. After synthetic diagnosis the propersurgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse should be treated individually.
