Investigation Of Quality Of Life In Patients With Pelvic Organ Prolapse After The Whole Pelvic Floor Sling Operation

Objective:To evaluate the quality of life improve of pelvic organ prolapse patient after the whole pelvic floor sling operation.Methods:of total80patients with POP-Q stage ? degrees and above the pelvic organ prolapse underwent the whole pelvic floor sling operation. According to the incontinence quality of life questionnaire (I-QOL),The sexual life quality questionnaire,pelvic floor functional impact questionnaire Short Form-7(PFIQ-7), pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire (PFDI-20) produced a quality of life questionnaire to compare the preoperative, postoperative quality of life of the pelvic floor prolapse patient.Results:The quality of life of patients Preoperative and6months after operation and postoperative quality of life of1years was analyzed by repeated measure variance analysis, F=1837.685, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:the whole pelvic floor sling operation is small traumatic good curative effect, high safety treatment of in pelvic reconstruction surgery, and significantly improve the short-term quality of life in patients with POP, but the anatomical structure of higher requirements, the difficulty of operation is larger,therefore careful operation in operative, careful nursing postoperative too.
