Objective: By investigating the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) anddistribution of HPV subtypes in population, and the relation between HPV infections withsquamous intraepithelial lesion in the Kizilboy village in Kasker Xinjiang, provides ascientific basis for the development of cervical cancer prevention strategies and measuresas well as the study of the HPVvaccine. Methods: A population based cervical cancerscreening was done from June15to July15,2011, among1300women in Kizilbuytownship of Peyziwat, Kaxker, Xinjiang ranging in age from30to60. And all of theobjetives were carried through questionnaire performing, HPV-DNA testing, liquid-basedCytology the patient who had positive for the HPV-DNA testing andliquid-basedcytology was put up colposcopic biopsy.Results:(1)134(10.31%) women in all wereHPV positive, diagnosis≥ASCUS by liquid-based cytology was2.77%(36/1300).(2) Indifferent cervical lesions, the highest median load shedding of HPV is cervical cancer, andthe lowest is chronic cervicitis. When Chronic cervicitis group compared with the CINgroup, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Comparison between the CINgroup and cervical cancer group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(3) The top fivefrequency of HPV subtypes in Kizilbuy town, cervical cancer is: HPV16:68.87%, HPV58:7.29%, HPV68:5.96%, HPV45:5.30%, HPV52HPV18are:3.31%, HPV31、yet HPV35were not been detected out.(4)17cases are multiple infection, occupied12.69%. andall multiple infection are co-infection of HPV16with other types (5) In HPV infectedgroup, positive ratio of cytologic test was42.11%in ASCUS、50%in ASC-H、66.7%inLSIL、66.7%in HSIL、and100%in Invasive carcinoma. There was a statisticallysignificance in this group. Conclusion: High viral load is likely to suffer a greater risk ofcervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, but can not be used to predict theseverity of cervical lesions. While HPV positive rate were low among women in Kizilbuytown, HPV16positive rate is at the top rank, HPV58and HPV68are at the second and third place. Positive rate is much lower than HPV16, and this is different from HPVsubtypes distribution in other region.
