Abstract Objective: To explore the most effective forms frequency and liquid oforal care that the patients with oral-tracheal intubation, find the main factors of bacterialcolonization, mouth ulceration, halitosis and oral hemorrhage. To offer the targetedmeasures for oral care for the patients and improve the quality of oral care. Method:Using the method of factorial design,Cross-grouping of the27patients with mechanicalventilation, using the different oral care form, frequency and nursing liquidinteractively.Observe and compare the quantity of bacterial colonization, the incidence ofhalitosis, oral hemorrhage and dental ulcer. Result: A first-order interaction between theoral care form (factor A) and the frequency (factor B) was no statistically significantdifferences(P=0.089); A first-order interaction between the oral care form (factor A) andthe nursing liquid (factor C) was no statistically significant differences(P=0.224); Afirst-order interaction between the frequency and the nursing liquid was no significantdifferences(P=0.191), There was no interaction between factors. The main effect factorson bacterial colonization of the A was no significant difference (P=0.886); The main effectfactors on bacterial colonization of the B has statistically significant differences (P=0.018),the comparison between three groups of two-two, there was significant difference betweengroup Q6h and group Tid (P=0.005), The number of Q6h group than in Tid group reducedbacterial colonization significantly. In the prevention and treatment of ulcer, there is asignificant difference between the factor C(P<0.05), the comparison between threegroups of two-two, there was statistically significant differences between Yikou mouthrinse group and Xipayi mouth rinse group(2=14.693,P=0.000), Efficiency of Yikoumouth rinse group on the prevention and treatment of oral ulcer (55.5%) was higher than that of Xipayi mouth rinse group (11.12%); on improving halitosis and hemorrhage therehas remarkable significance between the factor C,also the effect of Xipayi mouth rinsegroup was better than Yikou mouth rinse group. Conclusion: Using the first after washingand scrubbing with Mouth-gargling fluid for six hours on a single oral care method is themost effective nursing methods for tracheal intubation patients with mechanicalventilation; To select targeted liquid can play a multiplier effect in the oral care; Establisha standardized of operation process about oral-tracheal intubation oral care, strengthenthe training of clinical nurse care operation behavior, they all are an important parts toperfect oral-tracheal intubation oral care....
