Objective: In this study, to develop the quality of three xinjiang uygur herbs.○1Toanalyze andestablish the quality standerd of ten batches Celery seeds.○2Also determinedthe normal inspection item of Commiphora mukul L., researched the monosaccharidecontent from Commiphora mukul L.’s polysaccharide, analysed the chemical compositionin its volatile oil.○3To establish the volatile oil fingerprint of ten batches Pistacialentiscus L.. Methods:○1According to the relevent requirements from ChinesePharmacopoeia edition in2010, water、moiture、extraction and heavy metals in Celeryseeds were determined; qualitative identificaton apigenin and kaempferol using HPTLC;to determine the content of luteolin and kaempferol depanding on HPLC. Refering toChinese Pharmacopoeia edition in2010,water、moiture、extraction and heavy metals inCommiphora mukul L. were determined; to determine and analyze the content ofmonosaccharide in polysaccha-ride from Commiphora mukul L. by CE, determination thetotal polysaccharide by UV; analisis the chemical constituent in enssential oil fromCommiphora mukul L. by GC-MS and identified21compounds.○3To establish thefingerpint of Pistacia lentiscus L.essential oil by temperature programming GC-MS, thedate which is analysing by “chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluationsystem”(2004A edition) software, we compared and analysed ten banches of it from thedate. Results:○1In the Celery seeds, the moisture could not crossover7.5%, total ashwas not more than15.0%, acid insoluble ash could not cross over1.5%, ethanol-solubleextractives were not less than20.0%. The TLC identification method was a specificmethod with clear spot and good resolution. In its dry sample, the total content of luteolinand kaempferol were not less than0.50%.○2In Commiphora mukul L., the moisturecould not cross over8.5%, total ash was not more than2.5%, ethanol-soluble extractiveswere not less than45%.Adopting the CE, we get the content of different monosaccharidein polysaccharide of Commiphora mukul L. Including arabinose and galactose, furthercontaining less rhamnose, mannose, xylose, The mass ratio of0.017:23.27:0.15:0.44:1.00. ○3From the GC-MS about Pistacia lentiscus L. essential oil, getting24compounds,identified21componuds, T–Cadinol (36.20%), Benzene(12.13%), γ–Muurolene(10.17%) as the major constituents of them. We also established Pistacialentiscus L.essential oil fingerprint, found from the similarity between the ten batches, had little difference, between them the content of ingrediant was significant. Conclusion:○1Objectively established celery seed quality control techniques and evaluation indicators.○2The preliminary standard study of Commiphora mukul L., and the researches about itspolysaccharide and volatile oil, providing support to its quality control and deep study.○3The fingerprint of Pistacia lentiscus L.essential oil for the first time, reflect the herb’sinner quality, provide the science evidence for its quality evolution, this work accordingwith the modern trends of uygur medcine.
