| Objective:To establish a formative assessment index system for suiting the characteristicsof the clinical medicine specialty core curriculum, and highlighting the evaluation purposeand produce an objective results.Methods: The construction of clinical medical specialty core curriculum formativeassessment index system is based on the literature analysis, Delphi method, analytichierarchy process (ahp), expert evaluation and other scientific research methods. After oneround of expert investigation and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation screeningindicators, to give the index weight by analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluationmethod. The design of the questionnaires is based on the literature analysis and professors’evaluation opinions. After the preliminary investigation, the preliminary three courses forformative assessment system are built based on the courses’ characteristics of extension,morphological and clinical category according to clinical medicine undergraduate majorsubjects. The weight of indicators at all levels in the index system is established by theanalytic hierarchy process and professional evaluation method.Results: The formative assessment index system of the functional courses, morphologicalcourses and clinical medicine courses is established. The system was applied in functionalcourses as pilot project, and to establish the matching grade rules, and quantitate analysisshows that the formative assessment index system is effective.Conclusion: Formative assessment index system provides professors’ high level ofenthusiasm. It can be used as evaluation reference for later research. |
