The Experimental Study Of Notoginseng Total Saponin Treatment Of Subconjunctival Hemorrhage In Rabbit Eyes Aqueous Humor Composition Changes

Objective:notoginseng total saponin in different concentration of eye drops on rabbit treatment subconjunctival hemorrhage, and observe the change of the composition of aqueous humor, the medicine to explore the diagnosis and treatment of notoginseng total saponin eye drops on rabbit safety of subconjunctival hemorrhage. According to the experiment on the basis of further evidence notoginseng total saponin eye drops treatment feasibility and safety of subconjunctival hemorrhage.Methods:20rabbits all production of subconjunctival hemorrhage animal model, and randomly divided into experimental group A and group B group, the experimental group and blank control group D C group. The experimental group A, dripping with concentration of0.5%total saponins of panax notoginseng eye drops; Experimental group B, dripping with concentration of1%total saponins of panax notoginseng eye drops; Experimental group C, dripping with concentration of2%total saponins of panax notoginseng eye drops; Blank control group D, don’t drop with notoginseng total saponin eye drops. Experimental group A and group B, group C group, blank control group D were investigated respectively at1,3,7day makes A total protein, albumin, globulin concentration aqueous humor and Na, K, Ca, CL and bicarbonate ions concentration and glucose concentration determination of biochemical indicators. Results:the experimental group A and group B group, the experimental group and blank control group D C group, the total protein, globulin, albumin, Na、K、Ca、CL and bicarbonate ions, content in1,3,7day no difference. Experimental group A and group B and group C group between the glucose content in1,3,7days have obvious difference.Conclusion:notoginseng total saponin eye drops on rabbit eyes subconjunctival hemorrhage treatment is analysis of the change of the aqueous humor may be safe.
