National essential public health services include health archives, health education,immunization, infectious disease prevention, child health care, maternal health care, elderlyhealth care, chronic non-communicable diseases prevention and control, as well as a seriousmental disease management. The services are funded by the government, mainly throughprimary medical and health institutions to provide for permanent residents. quite a fewservices are implemented face to face.L community health service center was established in accordance with the relevantpolicies and norms. As part of its job, the center has provided essential public health servicesfor residents in L town since it was established. Through the implementation, it could befound that some problems of the services of the center, such as lacking of attraction andunstable quality. By using theory and method of sales management, such as sales organization,sales opportunity management, customer relationship management, recruitment management,performance evaluation and incentive management, this essay is to analyze the essentialpublic health services in L community health service center and its branches, the communityhealth service stations, and put forward the improvement strategies. The improvementstrategies include three aspects. Firstly, there should be optimizing sales organization, such asmaking the staff of the essential public health services and that of primary medical services tobe organic integration, the introduction of functional specialization sale mode, strengtheningthe management function of office of public health in community health service center.Secondly, there should be optimizing sales method, such customizing the services accordingto different service objects, enhancing the quality of archives to reduce the dropout rate,promoting the construction of informatization, strengthen the communication with serviceobjects, and the establishment of high quality standard of the services.
