Objective:To DHS, PFNA, InterTAN clinical efficacy for the treatment of fractures in the elderly elderly femoral intertrochanteric.Methods:A retrospective analysis of95patients admitted in March2008-2010in December oldest-old (≥80years) and clinical data of patients with intertrochanteric fractures male respectively reconstruction nail (A group,23cases), PFNA (group B,52cases), InterTAN (group C,20cases) were treated; compare three groups of patients with operative time, blood loss, intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy number of failed internal fixation of the number of cases of perioperative complications time, hospitalization costs, painless weight, after six Harris hip function score.Results:Four cases in three days after the occurrence of respiratory infection, treatment cured by the anti-infective, phlegm, and asthma, mechanical ventilation;2cases of deep vein thrombosis, Interventional Radiology thrombolytic therapy cured; cases of lung infarction, death incidence2H.109patients were followed up,11patients died due to other diseases during follow-up, the actual95patients were followed up for12-32months (mean21.5months). B, group C, group A compared with shorter operative time, less blood loss, failed internal fixation of the small number of cases, fewer perioperative complications, painless weight earlier, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The number of group B, C compared with group A, intraoperative X-ray exposure, the high cost of hospitalization, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Number of groups B, C operative time, blood loss, intraoperative X-ray, and within a fixed number of failed cases, perioperative complications, painless weight-bearing time, postoperative Harris hip function score comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05). B, group C and group A Harris hip function excellent rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture the PFNA and InterTAN were superior reconstruction nail, but the the PFNA and InterTAN efficacy no significant difference.
