| Objective:To investigate the express of microRNA(miRNA)in the blood of squamous carcinoma of larynx patients and establish the distinctive circulating miRNA spectrum.Methods:The study included20squamous carcinoma of larynx patients and20control subjects.Among the experimental group14patients received partial laryngectomy,4patients received total laryngectomy,2received biopsy.UICC clinical stage included2in Ti,6in T2,8in T3,4in T4.The control group was considered of healthy people.The biood sample were drawn with empty stomach, aspirated and then frozen under the-80℃condition.4samples were selected from experimental group and the control group.After quality control,the total RNA of each group was examed by microRNA assay respectively.The result was analyzed.Results:There were6miRNAs detected,we found3miRNAs up-regulated in experimental group,and3miRNAs down-regulated.Conclusion:[1]The circulating miRNA of squamous carcinoma of larynx patients has its variant express spectrum relative to healthy people.[2]The expression changes of circulating miRNA in squamous carcinoma of larynx patients can distinct patients from healthy people.We preliminarily establish the circulating miRNA express spectrum of squamous carcinoma of larynx patients.[3] Predicting the putative target genes of the miRNAs with bioinformatic softwares may play a foundation for further studies. |
