| Objective To investigate the effect on the medical comfort of patient with preoperative application parecoxib sodium in gynecological laparoscopic operation. Observe the rationality for this method of administration. Discuss wether parecoxib sodium could be a measure for comfortable medical.Methods1.60patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into2groups randomly (n=30each):group C control; group P parecoxib sodium. The ASA classification for these patients ranked â… to â…¡.2. Blood samples were obtained for detection of the IL-6level in serum at the time before intramuscular injection parecoxib sodium (To) and30minutes after the operation (T1) by ELISA.3. Estimate the patients’ experience of pain at6h,24h and48h after the operation by the VAS (visual analogue scale) score method. Take notes of the cases number for the patients who have used fentanyl during the recovery period and in the recovery room. Record the number of analgesics, the inject time, dose and time in48h. Record the total sleep time for the48h after operation and the first exhaust time. Use the BCS (bruggrmann comfort scale) score method to estimate the patient’s own medical comfort level in24h after the operation.Result The alteration of patients’ IL-6level in serum for TO in the two groups was of no statistical significance(P>0.05). The patients’IL-6level in serum for T1in group P was lower than that in group C (P<0.05).In each group, the patients’IL-6level in serum for T1was obvious higher than that in T0(P<0.05).The VAS score at6h and24h after the operation in group P was lower than that in group C(P<0.05). However, the VAS score at48h after operation between group P and group C has no statistical significance(P>0.05). The rate of utilization of analgesics in group P was lower than that in group C(P<0.05). The total sleep time for the48h after operation in group P was obviously longer than that of the group C(P<0.05). The first exhaust time after operation in group P was in advance than that of the group C(P<0.05). The patient’s own evaluation for the medical comfort in group P was obviously higher than that of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion1. Intramuscular injection with parecoxib sodium40mg has the effect of preemptive analgesia, which can inhibit the production of IL-6and alleviate the inflammatory reaction.2.The priming of parecoxib sodium can improve the medical comfort of patients in gynecological laparoscopic operation and it has applicable value in the field of comfortable medical. |
