Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of parecoxib sodium and plasmastress hormone levels in patients underwent thyroid cancer surgery.Method: To select45cases of thyroid cancer patients, who are inclassification of ASA physical status I-II according to the American Society ofAnesthesiologists (ASA), then randomly place them into placebo group (A),parecoxib sodium group one (group B), parecoxib sodium group two (Group C).Inject saline4ml intravenously before surgery in Group A (placebo); injectparecoxib sodium40mg (10mg/ml) intravenously before surgery in Group B;inject parecoxib sodium40mg (10mg/ml) intravenously12hours before andafter surgery in Group C.Collect venous blood before surgery (T1), postoperative12h (T2), and24hafter surgery (T3) to determine the concentration of glucose, plasma cortisol andplasma norepinephrine, and record visual analog pain score (Visual analoguescale, the VAS and of SBP, HR, SPO2,)4h,12h,24h48h after surgery. Results: Concentration of blood cortisol (COR) and plasma norepinephrinein the three groups were higher than that of T1and T3before anesthesia. Thisdifference (P<0.05) was statistically significant.Group comparison: Cortisol and plasma norepinephrine concentration ingroup increased more significantly at T1, T2A than in group B and group C.This difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Changes in blood sugar was not statistically significant in the three groups at the time of T1, T2andT3.The results indicated that parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia can reduceincreasing of concentration of blood cortisol and plasma norepinephrine To acertain extent And the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia can effectively inhibitthe plasma stress hormone levels; improve analgesic effect and can reduce theincidence of adverse reactions in thyroid cancer postoperative patients’.
