Objetive: To investigate the effect of Diane-35combined with metformintreated polycystic ovary syndrome, analyse it,which could direct clinical work better。Methods: The passage a retrospective analyse the patients who were diagnosedwith PCOS since April1,2010to January1,2012。Give the patients standhard treatmentaccording to Diane-35combined metformin。All three months with no history ofhormone therapy, check liver and kidney function has not seen the abnormal, eliminatethe oral drugs related contraindications, such as heart failure, blood clots and angina,etc。From normal menstruation or retreat hemorrhages3days also take up to theDiane-35and metformin: Diane-35oral once per day, lasting21days, afterdiscontinuation of the third day started menstruating next treatment, a total of threetreatment; Taking metformin three meals per day after30minutes of oral, every time500mg。All of the patients before treatment and after three cycle after treatment in thefourth cycle (menstrual cramps or retreat hemorrhages2days after) blood test endocrinehormone levels related。Each index and compared before and after treatment, analyzesE2, LH, T, FSH, PRL, LH/FSH ratio have such as statistical differences;32patients had17cases in different degree of insulin resistance, observed before and after treatmentchanges in insulin levels, statistical analysis is there a difference; The observation ofmenstruation recovery, acne, hairy, obesity, and improve conditions, analysis forstatistical significance; Do ultrasound ovarian volume and follicular change observation,analysis for statistical significance; After treatment, the liver and kidney functionobserve whether review without damage。The determination results using softwareSPSS13.0statistical analysis, measurement data use (x±s) said, using t-test, countingmaterial with X2inspection.,With a=0.05for inspection standards, P <0.05differencewas statistically significant。 Results:①Endocrine changes: after treatment, a before treatment, T compare LH,LH/FSH ratio down significantly, were statistically significant differences, P﹤0.05,and E2, FSH, PRL and treatment is mild change before, is no statistical difference, P﹥0.05.②Insulin levels: after treatment before treatment is more FINS level is reduced andthe P﹤0.05, were statistically significant differences;③Clinical manifestations ofchange: after standardized treatment three cycle, menstrual recovery, by volumesignificantly increased, acne, hairy, obese patients improved symptoms and signs, foundafter treatment significantly reduced, P﹤0.05, statistically significant differencesin;④Ovarian change: after treatment, compared with before treatment of ovariandecrease volume, volume change in statistically significant differences, P﹤0.05; Inpatients with polycystic ovary before treatment significantly less than average, werestatistically significant differences, P﹤0.05。Conclusion:①Diane-35combined with metformin treatment polycystic ovariansyndrome can significantly improve insulin resistance, endocrine and metabolicdisorders and clinical symptoms and signs。②Diane-35combined with metformintreatment in clinical polycystic ovarian syndrome safe and effective treatment, is firstselection.
