Objeetive: To evaluate the adventage and disadvantage of endoseopic drainageand Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiograph drainage by analyses of65eases whowere caught with Acute cholangitis (AC).Methods:65Patients of AC hospitalized and endoseopic drainage or percutaneoustranshepatic cholangiograph drainage treated in the First Affiliated HosPital Of DalianMedieal University from January2011to July2011were analyzed. Drug treatment andsurgieal operation treatment are not in the data. These eases were divided into ERCPtreatment group and PTCD treatment group according to their treatmentmethods.Through a comparison to see wether the successful rate of operation, the timeof the patient burning with fever and a bellyacheto who return to normal, the decreasedlevel of Serum bilirubin at5th day after the treatment, rate of complication and time ofhospitalization we recompared after treatment between two groups had anysignifieantimPortanee,Meanwhile, related literatures were reviewed. Results: The successful rate of treatment of ERCP group and PTCD group were96%vs97%,there were no differenee (P>0.05). The temperature of the patient burningwith fever return to normal after ERCP drainage and PTCD drainage, the cure rate were100%, there were no differenee (P>0.05); The relief of pain in abdomen was cured afterERCP drainage and PTCD drainage, the cure rate were100%, there was different(P<0.05), the relief of pain in ERCP group needs5.6士1.4, and PTCD group needs7.3士1.6. The decreased level of serum bilirubin was more obvious in ERCP group than inPTCD gro endoseopic drainage up at5th day after the treatment. ERCP group fall into62.4±14.9umol/l, PTCD group fall into82.9±11.6umol/l. The rate of recentcomplications of ERCP group and PTCD group was3%vs27%. There was differeneebetween the two group (P<0.05). The hospital stay11.2±5.3days in ERCP group, and the hospital stay17.2±2.3days in PTCD group. There was differenee between the twogroup (P<0.05).Conelusions: endoseopic drainage or percutaneous transhepatic cholangiographdrainage treated Acute cholangitis, but there are many merits after endoseopicdrainage, for example, clinical symptoms relieve more quickly and time of the decreasedlevel of serum bilirubin is more short and the rate of complications is more lower andthe hospital stay more less.
