Objective:Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy, as the main feature of high blood pressure and proteinuria after20weeks of pregnancy, is a pregnancy-specific disease, similar to the clinical manifestations of hypothyroidism. Form with the function of the thyroid tissue varies. Generally the chang of the height of epitheliai cells, organelles such as the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, can visually reflect the functional status of the cell. Many domestic and foreign research hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy thyroid function in patients with a certain degree of disorder, mainly as hypothyroidism, thyroid morphology has changed, is not clear. This study by constructing an animal model of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, observed in thyroid ultrastructural pathological changes, which provide histological evidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy function thyroid abnormalities. Methods:Rat model of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy was established by L-nitre-arginine methyl easter(L-NAME) thyroid ultrastructural pathological changes of normal pregnancy group of10patients and hypertensive disorders in pregnancy group20cases of rat were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Statistical methods using SPSS18.0statistical software for data analysis to meet normality and homogeneity of variance, the processing parameters (mean+standard deviation) between the two groups using test. The significance level a=0.05.Results:1. No significant difference between the two groups of rats weeks of age and body weight, comparable(P>0.05); 2. HDCP rats at the end of the experiment, mean arterial blood pressure and urinary protein than normal pregnancy group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3. Transmission electron microscope HDCP rats thyroid follicular epithelial cell injury, the main display hypothyroidism;4. Late pregnancy in HDCP group of rats weight was significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05);5. HDCP pups weight and litter size was significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy rat thyroid tissue ultrastructure changes reflect changes in thyroid function mainly as hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism may increase the occurrence of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy fetal growth is limited miscarriage, stillbirth and other adverse outcomes.
