Objective:Based on the clinical pathway implementation of preeclampsiapatients analysis to evaluate the effect of clinical pathway in patientswith preeclampsia. Methods:Our hospital from2010January to2012May implementation of theclinical pathway for patients with preeclampsia in all78cases as thepathway group, not the implementation of clinical pathway managementaccording to the conventional patterns in the treatment of patients withpreeclampsia in all73cases as the control group, The length of hospitalstay, medical cost, complication rate and patient satisfactiondifferences were analyzed and compare between the two groups.Results:Remove4patients who exit path(3cases with serious complications,1case were transferred),The time of the length of hospital stay in pathwaygroup was shorter than that in control group, The total cost ofhospitalization was less than the control group, The degree ofsatisfaction in pathway group was higher than the control group. Thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05),But there was noobvious changes about complications after operation(P>0.05).In Pathgroup, posiive variance caused patients length of stay and hospitalcharges were dropped, and the negative variation caused hospital stay andhospitalicatipn expenses of patiens in one or two extended. Conclusions:Using the clinical path management in patients with preeclampsia Caneffectively shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce the cost of healthcare,Improve medical efficiency and patient satisfaction, promote thecontinuous improvement of medical quality. |
