Objectives: Investigate soldiers’ personal information, daily training, special training, living conditions, cognition of heat stroke and so on, and make a rational analysis offactors and problems affecting soldiers’ heatstroke. Then, make reasonablesuggestions to prevent heat stroke, reduce non-battle casualties and developappropriate policy to provide the basis for clinical research, scientific training andpolicy formulation. Methods: Analyze literatures at home and abroad to understand the heatstroke, master the status of the soldiers and use t test, analysis of variance, x2test, ridit test, correlation analysis of influencing factors, two categories of non-conditional logisticregression analysis to analyze factors affecting heatstroke. Results: Of a total of213soldiers investigated in2013,13persons heated stroke andincidence rate was6.1%that year.57persons have heated stroke in total between2007and2013, incidence rate of26.76%. Therefore, the results of this study are thefollowing two aspects.First, conditions of the heat stroke taking place of the Army stationed in Fujian:in sunny, cloudy weather between June and August, soldiers are prone to heat stroke ifdoing long-distance running, a large amount of physical exercise,5Km armedoff-road in the sand or cement floor.Second, factors affecting heatstroke: based on a single factor statistical methodand logistic regression analysis, a total of13indicators, a comparison of heat strokegroup to non-heat stroke group, have a statistical significance (P <0.05) and affectheat stroke occurrence. The indicators are whether to participate in training at noonand night, heat training, food intake, sleep quality, whether to reflect the leadershipafter heat stroke, acceptance of night training and the usual amount of training, heat stroke protection, food, fruits, when to sleep, summer sleepiness case. Conclusions: Heat stroke is an important injury in army military training, samplesurvey of army stationed in Fuzhou is found that there is need to strengthen trainingheat; Super strength training increases the incidence of heat stroke; soldiers’ summerdiet, sleep needs to improve; preventive measures in training is inadequate; soldiers’cognition of heat stroke is inadequate. To effectively control the occurrence of heatstroke, we have to enhance heat resistance training, and improve the body’s ability toheat; be in physical group training, to prevent the "one size fits all" training mode;improve soldiers’’ diet and sleep levels; enhance the level of heat stroke preventionand medical supervision; strengthen publicity and education of heatstroke.
