Objective:Through clinical statistical analysis of the questionnaire in the form of Fuzhou University female students' menstrual status and its related factors, in order to carry out targeted health knowledge of menstrual physiology, college of health education and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of menstrual.Methods:1. Unified self questionnaire (questionnaire on the general questionnaire and menstruation) from five universities in Fuzhou surveyed 837 cases of voluntary female college students questionnaire measurements, were 758 valid questionnaires.2. By Excel software for data entry;by spss13.0 software for statistical analysis;general information using basic statistical analysis and description;count information for the rank sum test; the relevant data with the linear correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of ordinal Logistic.3. Analysis from the female college students' menstrual characteristics in Fuzhou and its related factors.Results:1. Menarcheal age as early as 8 years old, the age of 21 at the latest, average (12.37±1.21)age.2. After menarche in 6 months rule 76.5% of the girls,10.6% female menstruation for more than 12 months after the first conversion rules.3. Menstrual cycle in 28-30 d accounted for 53% , irregular menstrual cycles entirely accounted for 5.5%.4.3-6d walking accounted for 75.3%, amenorrhea or metrorrhagia accounted for 0.3 percent. Most girls (71.6%) moderate menstrual flow. 5.758 female university student, 570 with dysmenorrhea, rate of 75.2% percent of Dysmenorrhea.Female menstrual dysmenorrhea occurred at a time of 8.2%,24.8%girls often dysmenorrhea and occur rarely accounted for 42.20%. Most of them have menstrual associated symptoms, which by the line of abdominal pain, backache, mood changes, breast tenderness common6.42.2% of female college students because of menstrual disorders clinic, but only 10.03% further related checks.7. Correct understanding of the time of ovulation can be accounted for only 38.3%of girls,11.5% of the students did not understand the basic knowledge about menstruation.8. Menstrual knowledge primarily from friends and companions (53.7%), followed by extra-curricular books (42.3%), but from a serious shortage of school education is 32.3%.9. Menarche age and height, weight and education level of parents were not related.10. Natural labor and cesarean section compared two groups of age of menarche was statistically significant (p<0.05), Normal labor and preterm, obstructed labour groups, and preterm birth, cesarean birth group, premature birth and birth group are not statistically significant(p> 0.05).11. After birth, breastfeeding groups and non-breastfeeding group age of menarche between the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05).12. Stress, menstruation does not rest, hot and cold food is accompanied by symptoms of menstruation of menstruation risk factors (P<0.10, OR> 1).Conclusions:1. Female university students in Fuzhou earlier age of menarche.2. Most of the girls of the menstrual cycle, menstruation and the weight is normal range.3. More common symptoms associated with menstruation, mainly through the line of abdominal pain, backache, mood swings and breast tenderness.4. Menstrual health of female students lack knowledge and informed of the lack of correct channels5. Age at menarche and birth related conditions and feeding patterns.6. The main factors associated with menstrual symptoms are stress, diet and menstrual period rest. 7. Since the early age of menarche, the period corresponding physical education should be carried out in advance.
