This research chooses in sichuan province, ZiYangShi goose river area as the research area, according to the national agricultural technology extension service center, the cultivated land fertility evaluation guide "and sichuan agricultural letter [2008]36documentation requirements, in three years measuring soil fertilizer investigation, testing and field test, on the basis of demonstration, etc, in accordance with the county cultivated land resources management information system data dictionary," in ArcGIS9.2and county cultivated land resources management information system (hereinafter referred to as CLRMIS) V3.2’s support, with soil type profile and administrative zoning and land use status chart of interset division farmland productivity evaluation unit; With topographic parts and ground slope, field surface slope, soil parent material, arable layer thickness, as well as five site conditions factor; Soil texture, pH, organic matter, effective phosphorus and available potassium and other five arable layer physical and chemical character factor; Cropping system and irrigation capacity of two soil management factor as evaluation factors, the establishment of goose river area farmland productivity evaluation index system, Finally the accumulation method in county cultivated land resource management information system of farmland productivity calculating comprehensive index, the cumulative frequency curve method to get the cultivated land fertility level and draw the cultivated land fcrtility level pattern. According to the county for cultivated land resource management information system and evaluation results in the study area of cultivated land in the analysis of existing problems, and puts forward the sustainable use on cultivated land resource effective Suggestions. The main achievements made in this study are as follows:(1) The Yanjiang area farmland soil nutrients grading analysis, current Yanjiang area organic matter content interval between10.1-21.7g/kg, mainly in the lack of medium, between two grades; the content of total nitrogen is mainly in1.00-1.50g/kg, occupy total farmland area81.63%; available nitrogen content of main for the lack of grade level (60-90mg/kg), occupy total farmland area75.31%; available phosphorus content for middle level, occupy77.27%of the arable land; the content of rapidly available potassium mainly for lack of level,58.17%what occupy total farmland area; the Yanjiang area soil pH value between5.9-8.4, whole area farmland soil was neutral to alkaline.(2) The results of evaluation in national land grading system of Yanjiang District, to a level to national level three, Yanjiang district two grades designated as national grade four, Yanjiang District three or four grades into the five and five grades of Yanjiang District, will be put into the category of national six.Among them, three, occupy whole area farmland grade11.8%.Four, occupy whole area farmland grade23.58%.Five, occupy whole area farmland grade51.24%.Six, occupy whole area farmland grade13.38%.(3) Overall, Yanjiang District of the level of soil total nitrogen and available phosphorus content in the middle level, while the organic matter, available nitrogen and available potassium contents were in lack of status, to limit the production of one of the factors, can increase organic manure on soil fertility, ripening.Although the Yanjiang area is rich in water resources, but the agricultural utilization ratio is low, farmland irrigation condition is poorer, should be the building of water conservancy projects.
