Cyperus esculentus is suitable for a wide range, convenient management, strong adaptability. Our country since the1950introduced from Bulgaria, through various provinces and cities grow, Cyperus esculentus yield per hectare can harvest11250-15000kg. Cyperus esculentus nutrition is rich, taste sweet, is an economic crop in a high quality, high yield and comprehensive utilization prospect set, oil, animal husbandry, feed grain. But because the market oil esculentus seeding equipment has not been widely used now, Cyperus esculentus industry did not realize industrialization production, at present, Cyperus esculentus market demand great, therefore, Cyperus esculentus seed machinery technology problems continue to get attention.Cyperus esculentus lax to edaphic requirement, but with the fruit for the purpose, in order to reduce the harvest labor, the first choice is sandy soil, because the sandy soil water evaporation fast, so It is need to film laying on following the seed moisture. Now, Cyperus esculentus seeder are generally mechanical type peanut sowing machine improved, compared with the peanut seeds, Cyperus esculentus seeds is large, irregular shape into ball shape, the surface is uneven and seed, Therefore, improved model has many disadvantages, application of mechanical precision sowing in Cyperus planting is rarely. In view of the above problems, this paper designed a pneumatic Cyperus precision film laying seeder. The seeder adopts air-suction metering device can achieve Cyperus esculentus seed according to set the spacing hole single-seed sowing.Ditching, seeding, soil covering, film covering was once completed. The seeding machine for improving the sowing quality and saving agriculture and farming, reduce economic investment is of great significance.Metering device is the key component to influence the quality of seeding air-suction precision seeder.Before the prototyping,we do a large number of theoretical research and analysis of gas metering device. Through the contrast test of two kinds of seed metering device,we select a new metering device as key part of seeder. The old than the new metering device of single grain rate are improved obviously. But they did not reach a desired effect, new metering device still has some problems(1)The seed is of poor liquidity.(2)Seeds easily at seeding seed conveying pipe contact appears overhead phenomenon, resulting in leakage suction seed.In the light of the seed of poor liquidity problems, liquidity is provided with a stirring device to increase the seeds in the seed plate. Stirring device width and height was determined by orthogonal experiment. Improve the metering device cover to solve the seed in the seed conveying pipe and a seed chamber at the contact of overhead problem. The seeding machine is completed in April,2012. The sowing test is in Dingzhou city of Hebei province Li Xinzhuang. Contrast the slip test rate, sowing depth, spacing, line sowing uniformity and rate of emergence of late with the existing mechanical type of Cyperus esculentus seeder, we can conclude that the structure of the seeding machine design is reasonable, reached the precision seeding and farmers planting requirements.
