Cyperus esculentus is an economic crop with high quality,high yield and high comprehensive utilization value,which integrates oil,grain,animal husbandry,feeding,greening and viewing.At present,Cyperus esculentus has been planted in a large area in the north and central and western regions of China.When sowing in these areas,traditional planters such as local corn and peanut or improved seed metering devices are generally used for sowing.The operation effect of their soil contacting parts is not suitable for the growth of Cyperus esculentus,and the soil adheres too much,the working resistance is too large,which is difficult to stabilize the operation,resulting in shortening the service life of parts and adverse effects on economic benefits and operation efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,the soil contact parts of Cyperus esculentus planter are designed and studied in this paper.Firstly,by reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,based on the in-depth analysis and Research on the types,working principle and research status of soil contacting parts of the planter at home and abroad,in order to improve the growth of Cyperus esculentus,the working parameters of ditching,soil covering and pressing operation in the sowing process are experimentally studied to obtain the ditching depth,soil covering thickness and pressing strength suitable for the growth of Cyperus esculentus,It provides a basis for the design of structural parameters of soil contacting parts of Cyperus esculentus planter.Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of ditcher are compared,and the core share ditcher is selected according to the sowing environment of Cyperus esculentus,and the main parameters of the core share ditcher are determined,including the soil entry angle of the ditcher,the slope angle of the ditcher and the curvature radius of the ridge of the ditcher.The core share ditcher suitable for Cyperus esculentus is designed by using Solid Works software,and it is made by welding,grinding and other processing methods.Thirdly,the performance test of the core share trencher is completed by using the soil tank test-bed.Taking the soil penetration angle,slope angle and ridge curvature radius of the trencher as the influencing factors,and taking the horizontal operation resistance,ditch backfilling rate and lateral soil throwing distance as the test indexes,the optimal test design of the core share trencher based on the box Behnken response surface method is explored,and the best parameter combination of the influencing factors is obtained: the soil penetration angle of the trencher is 20 ° The slope angle of the ditcher is 60 °,and the curvature radius of the ridge line of the ditcher is 300 mm.Finally,through the analysis and research of the soil covering device and the pressing wheel,combined with the soil covering height and pressing strength suitable for the growth of Cyperus esculentus,a soil covering pressing wheel with internal inclination is designed.Through calculation,the earth covering pressing wheel with an internal inclination of 15 ° is selected,and the simulation model of the earth covering pressing wheel is established by using ABAQUS finite element software.Through the soil tank test to verify the simulation analysis results,the soil covering and pressing wheel with an internal inclination of 15 ° is processed by cutting and grinding.Taking the soil covering height and the soil firmness after pressing as the index,the feasibility of the theoretical model is verified,and it is determined that the designed soil covering and pressing wheel can complete the two operations of soil covering and pressing.To sum up,the core share ditcher and soil covering pressing wheel designed in this paper can meet the field operation requirements of Cyperus esculentus planter.The operation is relatively stable.At the same time,it can reduce energy consumption,simplify the structure of machines and tools,and can be popularized.
