| In the early1960s, in order to solve traditional industrial and agriculturalproduction caused energy shortage, environmental pollution, ecological crisis andother global problems, the agriculture ecological engineering came into being. Inour country, agriculture ecological engineering starts later, and different disciplinescan’t reach the same understanding about the agriculture ecological engineering. Inorder to make the agriculture ecological engineering for further systematic,standardized, make the investment more efficient and harmonious, make the outputmore steady, we must fully understand the relevant principles and characteristics ofthe agricultural ecological engineering.The paper sets the town of SuiBin as a example, introduces the purpose, overallframe, driving forces,securities, and value of the agricultural ecological engineering.It concludes that SuiBin’s agricultural ecological engineering has natural advantagesand social urgency and necessity, its overall frame can be summarized as the project“363â€, that is three levels of circular economy, six industrials of circular economyand three demonstration areas of circular economy, its dynamic is the tensilestrength of the social demand,the thrust from development of science andtechnology and enterprises’ link function,its guarantee mainly includes resources,market, energy, ecological niches, policy and technical personnel,its prominentvalue lies in economical value, ecological value and social value. Based on this case,this paper puts forward principles of the agricultural ecological engineering inthree aspects, that is ecological principle, engineering principle and the principle ofeconomics. From the perspective of philosophy, using paired category semanticassociation, this paper analyzes the three characteristics of the agriculturalecological engineering, it unifies naturality and artificiality, diversity and integrity,stability and volatility. |
