Study On Evaluation Of Circular Economy Development Level Of Agricultural In Xiaoyi County

There is a system called the Green,Low Carbon,Cycle Development System,it was proposed to improve it At the 19 th National People’s Congress organized by the Communist Party of China.Compared with industry and service industry,agriculture is the most basic,it is an important support for national economic construction.For modern agriculture,agricultural circular economy is important and should be developed.in the past,the city of Xiaoyi was constantly exploited by human beings,leading to the shortage of resources now.Under such conditions,we should continue to develop in another way with the goal of economic growth and reducing environmental pollution.In agriculture,we should try to develop agriculture circular economy,the existing resources,now we want to reduce the number of mining,we learn to treasure,for them to use again.For Xiaoyi City,mode of agricultural circular economy,it can solve the problem of insufficient resources,protect the ecological environment.In this article,Xiaoyi city is the research area,on the basis of some related theories,Understanding the current agricultural development of Xiaoyi,the establishment of an indicator system,it is only for Xiaoyi city of an agricultural circular economy system.In the study,Three methods are used,the first is the analytic hierarchy process,the second is the weighted function method,and the third is the obstacle factor diagnosis method,which is used to evaluate the development level of agricultural circular economy in Xiaoyi City from 2010 to 2019,and find out the adverse factors.Through this study found that there is an index of Xiaoyi city agricultural circular economy development has a negative impact,it is called the index reduction investment.In addition,the development level of Xiaoyi City in 2019 is the highest in a 10-year period,but there are some factors that are not conducive to the development of Xiaoyi City,such as agricultural water consumption coefficient,effective irrigation coefficient,multiple cropping index and so on.For these indicators,some countermeasures are put forward,these countermeasures are targeted,such as the development of water-saving agriculture,the existing water resources for recycling;protect cultivated land by various means,follow the path of sustainable development;for chemical fertilizer,pesticide,agricultural film,to reduce input,resources to be reused etc.
