The cultivated area and production of jujube grow rapidly in Xinjiang province.Jujube has become the important pillar of economic development in Xinjiangprovince. The utilization rate of agricultural water is low in Xinjiang province, whichis inconsistent with the status of water resources shortage of Xinjiang province andrestricted the development of forestry and fruit industry scale. The monitor of stemsap flow velocity of jujube and meteorological factor and water moisture wereperformed by thermal dissipation sap velocity probe and HOBO and EM50. Theresearch of the law of variation of sap flow velocity under different diameter level,different weather conditions, different irrigation amounts and multiple linearregression models of sap flow velocity and meteorological factor could provide datasupport to the actual transpiration of jujube, which could provide data support toreasonable irrigation of Jujube.(1)The diurnal variation amplitude of stem sap flow velocity of jujube isobvious.The stem sap flow velocity of jujube start at8:00~9:00and achieve the peakvalue at12:30~13:30.(2)Average daily sap flow velocity and sap flow accumulation of jujube underdifferent month showed as follow: July﹥June﹥August﹥May; The peak of dailysap flow velocity of jujube showed as follow: July﹥August﹥June﹥May.(3)The peak of sap flow density and average daily sap flow density and sapflow accumulation of jujube were increased and the peak of daily sap flow andaverage daily sap flow velocity of jujube were decreased with the increasingdiameter level of jujube.(4)The water consumption of jujube under different weather conditionsshowed as follow: sunshine﹥cloudy day﹥rainy day.The solar radiation intensity issap flow velocity’s dominant factors under sunshine and rainy day; air temperature issap flow velocity’s dominant factors under cloudy sky.(5)The value of peak of daily sap flow velocity, average daily sap flowvelocity and sap flow accumulation of jujube under different irrigation amountsshowed as follow: irrigation treatment1<irrigation treatment3<irrigationtreatment2. The irrigation treatment2is the appropriate irrigating quota of diameterlevel at9cm.(6)The sap flow velocity of jujube is closely related with meteorologicalfactor. The multiple linear regression models of sap flow velocity and the meteorological factor was analyzed by stepwise-regression-analysis. Thecomputational accuracy of model is good.The model could analog sap flow density.
