| Recently, the walnut had been planted increased to3.6million mu by2011in the Xinjiang UighurAutonomous Region of China. The old method, manual, has still been used in the harvesting andprocessing of walnut. This is not only high labor intensity or low production efficiency, but also no healthyconditions are guaranteed. So, in order to reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency,the research on the green walnut peeling machine is very important.This paper studies the changes of walnut peel in organizational characteristics and appearancecharacteristics during the maturation. It has the peel thickness statistic of the new2. By a regression test,the paper gets the function relationship between the elastic modulus of walnut peel and the change of watercontent. And it denies the scheme, through the analysis, in which it’s planed to reduce the water content toimprove the peeling rate.Then it analyzes the peeling-principle of single walnut through a peeling-test, selects the methodcombined the compression with the friction. It determines the direction of extrusion, which is along thegreen walnut short axis, and the way of processing in a single line. And it designs the conical area forpeeling in order to deal with the distribution of the short axis’ size on the green walnut. By theextrusion-plate-style extrusion-and-friction-test, the paper finds the significant factors and their optimallevels. By the steel-brush-roller-style extrusion-and-friction-test, it obtains the optimal solution from sevenkinds of mechanism scheme, which provides the basis for the mechanical improvement.On the basis, this paper makes the3D model of the green walnut peeling machine, the design ofthe parts, and the check of the key parts’ strength. At the end of this paper, a regression test has been carriedon the green walnut peeling machine, to obtain the optimal speed,94.54r/min, of the steel brush roller andthe optimum speed,9.76r/min, of the cage. And the peeling rate and the breaking rate all meet therequirements. |
