Identifieation And Control Of Pathogens Causing Walnut Aiithracnoset And Walnut Blight In Shhnmn

In this study, based on investigation of the occurrence of main diseases of Shimian County walnut, Isolation and identification of pathogens causing diseases and the field experiment. Clear the incidence and the species of pathogen of Walnut anthracnoset and Walnut blight, and put forward reasonable prevention measures. The study results are as following:(1) From the results of the survey that the extent of Walnut anthracnoset and Walnut blight in 9 walnut township of Shimian County, the Area of Walnut anthracnoset and Walnut blight’s damage is great, the illness is serious, the average incidence rate was 48.78%. the illness of fruit and leaf is more serious, which the average disease index was 14.48 and 15.28.(2) There are 1 species of bacteria,5 species of fungi isolated from the diseased fruit, branches and leaves which collected from Shimian County After identification.by morphological identification, molecular identification and pathogenicity test, Bacteria belonging to Pantoea sp., and fungi are 2 species of Colletotrichum sp.,1 species of Arthrinium sp.,1 species of Fusarium sp.,1 species of Diaporthe sp.(3) From the experiment results, reduce the drop in spot and anthracnose, prevention of walnut growth stage were treated with drugs can effectively, improve the yield. In the experiment, the best combination of medicament control of walnut anthracnose disease is Prochloraz1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times, the best combination of medicament control effect is Prochloraz 500 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times; the best combination of medicament control of walnut leaf anthracnose is Prochloraz 500 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times, the best combination of medicament control effect is Prochloraz 500 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times; the best combination of medicament control of walnut fruit anthracnose is Prochloraz 1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times, the best combination of medicament control effect is Prochloraz 1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times; the best combination of medicament control of Walnut leaf Blight is Prochloraz 1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times, the best combination of medicament control effect is 1000 times Prochloraz+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times; From the rate of fruit, Streptomycin 3000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times、 Prochloraz 1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000times and Zinc thiazole 1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times can be very good to improve fruit retention rate.(4) Shimian County, rainfall concentrated in July and August, but before the start of the rainy season, the use of broad-spectrum fungicide and pesticide removal of harmful microorganisms in soil and tree body. Through the field test, screening out of three different concentrations (Thiophanate methyl 1000 times, Prochloraz 1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times, Streptomycin 3000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times, and Zn thiazole 1000 times+Thiophanate methyl 1000 times) can effectively prevent the Walnut anthracnoset and Walnut blight, provide reference for production practice.
