Axial power distribution of the reactor a great influence on the reactor operation, theaxial power distribution uneven and even endanger the safety of nuclear reactors. In particular,nuclear reactor axial power distribution will change with the reactor operating conditionschange, this is a particularly important impact on the operation of the reactor safety. In thispaper, the reactor operation, the axial power distribution and power control coordination forthe safe operation of the reactor.In this paper, the hot spot factor and axial offset to analyze the reactor axial powerdistribution to the introduction of the mathematical model of the pressurized water reactorpower distribution systems for nuclear power plants, often axial offset method in nuclearreactor safety, operation of the premise, designed to meet power distribution requirements ofthe operation of the ladder, ladder guidance for the safe operation of the reactor as the reactorpower control security restrictions.Load of the power plant to meet the requirements of peaking power nuclear reactorshould have the flexibility of the power conditioning system. To simulate a nuclear powerplant power control system, this paper established a mathematical model of the reactor designPID control and expert PID control are two ways to power control on the pressurized waterreactor nuclear power plant. Above in the the OVATION System Engineering Station, the pointconfiguration, the reactor power control process point to draw man-machine interface displayed on the operator station, through the graphical configuration downloading to theOVATION controllers and operator stations in the simulation.
