Because the present nuclear-powered equipment and system are extremely complex, the performance and the secure request extremely is also high. Also because the nuclear-powered equipment close coupling, the non-linearity and the dynamic characteristic different characteristic, enable its control system design to have certain challenging; Consummated day by day along with the nuclear power system automatic enhancement as well as the recent years digital equipment reliability and the performance, the nuclear power system control and the instrument started to use the Distributed Control System gradually. Uses the Distributed Control System control system can not only enhance the nuclear-powered equipment the automation control level, but also can reduce the movement personnel's labor intensity. Because the collection and distribution control system by has an extremely remarkable merit compared to the former simulation measuring appliance control is may concentrate the display unit real-time movement in the monitoring station the data, therefore the research collection and distribution control system appears in nuclear-powered equipment control application extremely essential.This article has established the ship with the nuclear-powered equipment the second loop system concurrent steam generator and the steam turbine mathematical dynamic mathematical model, this also is a premise which the development further works. Then the fourth generation of Distributed Control System was introduced of it control system Ovation use the software and hardware basic disposition. Because the use of Modbus the TCP/IP agreement, PC machine correspondence with the Ovaiton, do not need specially hardware equipment.The correspondence speed is can also reach 100Mb/s. Modbus TCP/IP in the system correspondence with the Ovation system is important. The controller application lays the foundation for in the final man-machine contact surface and the Ovation system.In the Distributed Control System man-machine connection is very important, the human machine interaction in the man-machine connection is very important, it directly affects the collection and distribution control system use efficiency, and the human machine interaction may reduce vision control supervisor's labor intensity. The first emphasis is the design of human machine interaction, realizes mutual switch among the macroscopic demonstration, the steam generator running status demonstrated and the steam turbine running status demonstrated in the system of the second loop.And it can display the real-time important data.Because the nuclear-powered equipment has the strong coupling, the non-linearity and the difference of the dynamic characteristic, therefore the search of controller is important, the second emphais of this article is research of effection of PID and the expert PID controller in the steam generator and the steam turbine.The simulation result indicated that the expert PID controller has more merit than the conventional PID .
