The demand of books increase rapidly,especially in the spring and fall admission,we will usher in the sales peak. Meanwhile, the problem of "labor shortage" is growing.The manner of traditional hand-packaged does not meet enormous pressure. In order toadapt to this situation,this thesis developed an automatic packing machine forbook-stack to improve the efficiency of the book-packaging and reduce the operator’slabor intensity.At first, this paper discusses the current domestic and foreign present situation ofautomatic packing machine for books. Then according to the design requirements andthe order of packaging machine,machine structure were designed. This paper descriptthe detailed institutional part,gives the principle diagram of the key parts of themachine, makes a brief introduction of the function of the principle diagram, and use ofvirtual technology software established the three-dimensional model of machine. Inaccordance with the need of function of institutions, it design power components, anddeals with hardware circuit, compile of the baler installation and commissioningsoftware, discusses the control system anti-jamming measures on the basis of electricalinterference. When book plate is under extreme stress, using finite element software toanalysis its finite element stress. From the working principle of fixed folded plate, paperanalyzes the cause of the high frequency vibration, find the shortage of the folded plate.Finally paper uses rib and damping hole to redesign the appearance of folded plate fixedand analysis it, The results showed that the natural frequency of the fixed flaps droppedthe200HZ less, achieve the goal of the optimization.The paper design packaging books mechanism and control system, structure isimproved and optimized. It achieves the technology requirements of the PackingMachine for Books, provides the oretical basis for the entity production.
