With the rapid development of our sociliast enconomy and the impromvement of people's living stanrdard,the demonding of the liquid box drinks was growing very fast,which was one of the most common way of package.But on one hand,the core technology of high speed asceptic brick package was monopolied by some foreign famous enterprises for a long time,and the package machine which was researched and made independently by ourselves was far beyond comparable to the foreign pakage machine,so our local liquid brick asceptic package market was occupied by several foreign multinational company for a long time.All in all,how to design and manufacture a qualified asceptic brick package machince became the key to solve the problem.This article was accomplished under the support of the the “Demonstration and research on the key technology of the equipment and material used for food packaging(2011BAD24B01).Based on the type of JX-2000 automatic aseptic paper carton in brick shape package machine,which owned by our lab,the tetra pak package machine's mechanical system were analyzed and optimized.Here followed the main content of the design and study of our work in the article:(1)According to the design requirements of the package machine and combined with the characteristics of the tetra pak composite material,the technology of the package machine were analyzed.So we concluded the technical process of the tetra aseptic pakage machine,and based on that the key technology project was determined,including the way of the photoelectric detection,the method of heat sealing and the lateral sealing mechanism.Then we made out the overall layout of the package machine and introduced the working principle and main components of the package machine.(2)The significant parts of the machine's mechanical system were designed and specified,including the marching system of the package material,the thermal sealing system of the polyethylene sealing strip,the sterilization system of high temperature air and hydrogen peroxide bath,longitudinal thermal sealing system,transverse thermal sealing system and the post forming system.Among them the transverse thermal sealing system was specially designed and analyzed,as well as the transverse sealing mechanism.(3)The whole scheme of the control system of the package machine was determined,and the design of the main reducer's control craft's control CAMs were compeleted,including the type of the PLC,the promixity switch and the motor.Based on the package machine's control flow chart,and through calculation and design,the CAMs' s specific parameters were determined,also the simulation of each CAM was completed.The design of assembly of the eight CAMs' s was achieved with the help of the determined various relationships between the CAMs.(4)Finally,based on the longitudinal sealing process and the transverse sealing process of the tetra pak composite material,two groups of experiments researching on the rule of the thermal sealing were designed.After comparing different experimental methods,the experimental scheme was determined as: conduct a response surface experiment based on the results of the single factor experiments.About 1000 sets of experiments were accomplished,after calculating and analyzing the results of the experiments,the rules of the tetra pak composite material transverse heat sealing performance,and the rules of the tetra pak composite material and polyethylene sealing strip heat sealing performance was concluded.
