With the improvement of living standards, people’s concept of choosingtransportation takes significant change with more demands forsecurity,comfort,convenience,efficiency and personalization.Hence, higher demand isput forward on highway traffic and travel service.The whole service of expresswayoperation and management can be improved effectively by forecasting and releasing ofexpressway meteorological information.It also makes scientific basis for realizingoperation and management of expressway under adverse weather by helping peopleknow all the information of travel conditions,especially for those under adverse weatherconditions.The systems research of Shanxi Expressway meteorological information specialservice is designed to solve the problem above, relying on mobile platform ofcommunication company.The system is used to study content and mode of informationservice and establish complete release process of expressway meterological information.It is researched on monitioring of meteorological data from meteorological stationsaround province’s expressway, information that influences traffic provided byprovince’s traffic management bureau, confirming weather conditions ofexpressway,establishing the whole process of monitoring,forecasting,early warning andusers’response gradually,and realizing comprehensive reporting and releasingmechanism in multiple form and ways.The system is designed to realize the release ofthe province’s expressway meteorological information inquiry of expresswaymeteorological information for mobile users from informationcollection,distribution,release and human-computer interaction,improve the ability ofresponse adverse weather and emergency for all departments, ensure timely release andstorage in order and further enhance the professional meteorological service ofexpressway.The thesis is described in communication protocol SGIP refered in thesystem,information of format definition and routing table format,analysis of systemfeature and function requirements,designing,frame structure,issue of MT, graphic description of connection of system and PRM,detailed diagram of systeminterface,information monitoring and statistics,designing of system access platform andoperation input management platform including forecast input,permissionmanagement,system log,discussion of possible test problem and comprehensivefunction test in link,table,cookies and database with test results,the whole designingsummary and propect for future research.
