At the same time, in the development of southern of xinjiang economic,the agricultural development is always the key point of economic development in sourthern of xinjiang, the development of regional agricultural resource, to promote economic growth, the present of population, economy, society, resources and environment of various elements. And these elements of present problems in agricultural development, in southern of xinjiang economic development agriculture have different degrees of limitations, interaction between them, to promote the development of urbanization in southern xinjiang. Finally it builds the index systerm of agricultural sustainable development, and analyses urbanization on the basis of data.
