The long-standing problem of migrant workers. After the reform and opening up, with the rapid economic development in coastal regions, produced tremendous growth of labor demand, provides the possibility for system loose flowing between urban and rural workers. As the time of reform and opening up the most labor demand industry. Agriculture effectively absorbing the rural labor force. With the improvement of agricultural productivity, rural labor force was further liberate from heavy agricultural labor, followed by the formation of a large number of idle rural labor force, out of the economic benefits of pursuing, this part of the labor force will choose to migrant workers, thus formed with Chinese characteristics "migrant workers". However, due to the inertia of the system and the existence of migrant workers, migrant workers has made great contribution to the economic construction of our country at the same time, there exist serious social problems, mainly in the migrant workers identity change is difficult to achieve, can not integrate into city life, development is restricted, the survival difficulties.However, the root cause of all this is that migrant workers human capital stock is too low, they lack of the employ ability and the entrepreneurial ability. Based on this, the paper depand on the generation of migrant workers human capital as the research angle of view, through a questionnaire survey of200migrant workers in Anhui Province, using SPSS software to study the factors affecting migrant workers human capital formation.The first part of the thesis introduces the research background and the purpose and significance of the paper, clear and definite the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second part reviews the previous study about the definition of human capital. We definition migrant workers human capital concept from three dimensions: their own quality, psychological quality and ability. Put forward self-study is an important way to migrant workers human capital formation, and reviews the existing research results of migrant workers human capital formation. The third part based on the dissipative structure theory and evolutionary game theory. We analysis the migrant workers human capital generation from the theoretical of migrant workers human capital generated entropy system and migrant workers human capital investment subject strategy choice mechanism angle, Found the government actively migrant workers capital investment policy will promote the generation of migrant workers human capital.The fourth part of the migrant workers human capital is divided into general human capital, skilled human capital, managerial human capital and entrepreneurial human capital. On the basis of survey data, we using multiple regression analysis of statistical and principal components methods to classify and study of factors affecting migrant workers human capital formation. The results showed:1migrant workers self-study ability is insufficient, they have a high standard requirement of the training. The migrant workers have higher willingness of training, but because our country training market is not perfect. Thus resulting in migrant workers training investment is difficult to occur;2Migrant workers human capital investment objective conditions need to be improved;3The Migrant workers demographic characteristics,basic situation of workers,willingness of training and self-study ability have a correlation between sex,age and migrant workers job categories,The fifth part puts forward the supporting system to promote migrant workers human capital formation. First of all is to strengthen the migrant workers in the occupation education and training system construction.Based on this promote the formation of migrant workers human capital. Secondly, by improving the medical health and security system, occupation flow and conversion system, the employment market information service system, entrepreneurial skills and support system to form the use of migrant workers human capital and maintenance system,.Finally, the conclusions of this study are summarized. We analyzed shortcomings and puts forward the direction of further research in the paper.
