As one of the most important activities to manage the company and enhancing thecompany’s market competitive power, production schedule become a subject for a lot ofenterprises concerning and paying attention to. JOEONE clothing company is a typicalforeign clothing enterprise, how to construct a set of suitable for JOEONE clothingcompany’s production schedule management mode combined with the company’s actualoperation situation and the company’s internal and external environment, so that in thefierce market environment to maintain existing customers and better development of newcustomers, so as to gradually expand its market share and improve its competitiveness, isthe company’s main task of the next few years, also the main content of this study.This thesis firstly through the integration of domestic and foreign production scheduleunder the environment of supply chain relevant literature, briefly analysis the backgroundof the topic, the purpose and the significance, and the major research contents andmethods, and describes the relationship between the thesis chapters.The thesis alsodiscusses the related theories from the supply chain management aspect and theproduction schedule under the environment of supply chain, providing relevant theoreticalbasis for the back of the section.Secondly from the company’s business processes, organizational structure describesthe production schedule management status of JOEONE clothing company, and in-depthanalysis the company’s current production schedule management problems and the causesleading to these problems.Then expounds how to establish the production schedule of JOEONE clothingcompany combined with supply chain environment, discusses how to establish theproduction schedule mainly from the Master Production Schedule and the MaterialRequirement Planning and the production planning and scheduling three aspects, and putforward the "3+3" rolling production planning method.Finally, the thesis presents the company’s production control strategy according the organization structure, internal mechanism and more specific inventory information ofJOEONE clothing company.
