Migrant workers are an important component of industrial workers, which play an indispensable role in promoting China’s economic development."Labor shortage" restricts the development of many areas. Therefore, with the help of staff relations management theory and the theory of psychological contract, the thesis analyzes the cause of "Labor shortage". Moreover, the thesis argues that "Labor shortage" has a close relation with the change of migrant workers’values, the promotion of expectation, the awareness of right as well as the simple group management of the enterprise.Taken the theory of psychological contract as a breakthrough point, the thesis summarizes its research result at both home and abroad, expounds systematically its connotation, content and structure, and distinguishes the breach of psychological contract and the violation of psychological contract. On this basis, the thesis carries out empirical research on the state of migrant workers’psychological contract in the south of Fujian. Besides, the project content, the performance and the influencing factors of migrant workers’psychological contract are summarized in the results of research. Hence, on the foundation of the research, the thesis puts forwards a series of migrant workers’ management strategy’ such as the consolidation of migrant workers’dynamic management, the implementation of fair and reasonable salary system, the design of perfect employee development plan and the construction of people-oriented enterprise culture.
