The practical need of agricultural development and the structural transformation eagerly request the relevant theoretical research.Garlic is one kind of main cash crops, accounting for considerable proportion in agricultural industry and export. It is widely used for both the food industry and many other industries which use garlic as their raw material. In reverse with the importance of garlic industry, it has many flaws in our country:on one hand, the low-tech competence of our garlic industry significantly dismiss the profit-earning ability, and on the other hand, the structure of our garlic out-put is mainly occupied by the raw-garlic, which will be greatly affect by the change of international market. To sum up, given the importance of garlic industry, its widespread use and many problems need to solve, it is absolutely undeniable to claim now is the right time to process thorough research about the garlic industry of our country.The south-west region of Shandong province is one of the main garlic product areas. Not only the garlic planting areas but also the export shares take a big part of the entire garlic industry of our country. What’s more, the pattern of garlic industry greatly resembles it of the garlic industry in our country in many aspects. To smooth the function of garlic industry in the south-west region of Shandong province and to provide theoretical reference for the practical work of this industry, this paper figured out the dynamic model of garlic industry from the perspective of dynamic system theory.
