Research On Mingshan Country Tea Industry Chain

The tea is our country inhabitant's main drink. The tea plays an important role both in the city and in the countryside. After china joined WTO, the tea industry , as a tradition industry, is facing with intense competition in the domestic and international market. As a practical application, the tea chain management applies the agricultural chain management in the tea industry. It unites materials supply, tea production storage, transport and sale to be an organic integer. It organize, coordinate control, its manpower, financial, material resources, information and technology in order to realize the profit maximization in tea chain. With tea industrial management system innovating, the tea chain management may elongate and strengthen the tea chain, increase added value of tea, enhance the competitive power.This paper take Sichuan province Mingshan county tea industry as an example. With the theory of agricultural integration, the theory of supply chain management and the theory of agricultural chain management, using the method of the qualitative description and the quantitative analysis, on the base of on-the-spot investigation, the author analysised all of the tea chain which involved tea production and sale, inquired about the tea production (at the beginning of tea seed product), circulation, and the sale in order to find the questions , attempted to find the influence factor of Mingshan county tea industry achievements. Based on this, the paper thinks about characteristic of Mingshan county tea industry for enhancing the competitive power of Mingshan county tea industry in the domestic and foreign market.
