Research Of The Relation Between Network Dynamic Capability And Competitive Advantage Of Cluster Enterprises

Industry cluster in our country have been growing up new stages, after 20 years development.Industrial cluster theory has been scholars’research hot spot, in recent years, the theoreticalresearch gradually from the macroscopic level to microscopic view level. Since the financial crisis,many small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with difficulties and collapse, especially theindustrial cluster of Zhejiang province, this is not conducive to the local development of industrialclusters, also hindered the development of local economy. Science, technology and knowledge arethe key resources of the information age, more and more attention by people. At the same time, theenterprise in a constantly changing environment, how to deal with the complicated and changeableenvironment, how to construct their own core competitive ability is especially important to theenterprise. This paper will use enterprise resources theory, enterprise competence theory and societynetwork theory as analysis tools, through to the different areas of Zhejiang province industrialcluster in research, trying to reveal cluster enterprise in different network layer on influence factorsof differences.In the context of globalization, cluster enterprise is experiencing the local to the globaldeveloping process, and its place environment is also from local into domestic to international, copewith the change of environment and the needs of the business enterprise growth, the requiredresources and ability will change accordingly. Therefore, based on multi-level network point ofview, and analyzes how to use of cluster enterprise environment resources to achieve the formationof enterprise ability and ascension, and the existing cluster enterprise development, regionaleconomic progress has strong significance.This paper puts forward the concept of cluster enterprise multilayer network, and the spacedivision of cluster enterprise for the local network, domestic network and international network.Dynamic competition environment, the growth of the cluster enterprises are difference, and thedynamic competition of different conditions will be directly related to the effect of key factors incluster enterprise dynamic competitive advantage. Therefore cluster enterprise need to develop theirown dynamic ability to adapt to changing circumstances, to maintain and enhance competitiveadvantage. Based on the empirical research method, According to the enterprise network capabilitytheory and dynamic capabilities theory, using cluster enterprise network access to resourcescapacity, the network innovation ability and network resources integration ability constructedindustry cluster networks dynamic ability. Based on the questionnaire and interview with thecombination of method, and gain a great deal on a enterprise networks, enterprise capability and competitive advantage of data, and the use of SPSS statistical tools to analysis. Verify thetheoretical model proposed hypotheses, and hypothesis structure is analysed and the clusterenterprise network dynamic ability of enterprise competitive advantage to have a positive impact onthe conclusion, and no validation assumptions are further exploration. Finally the proposed clusterenterprise for ascension competitive advantage relative strategies. But because of Internet researchcluster the competitive advantages of an enterprise is a major research subject, this research is stillhas many insufficiencies, many further exploration and improvement.
