Research On Supplier Management Of JCNB Company In The Supply Chain

With the acceleration of economy globalization and integration, with the development oftechnology and productivity, the structure of the Power tool manufactory industry has changedtremendously. At the meanwhile, Huge of potential market&advantage of human resource hasmade China become one of the major countries to take the out-souring task of power toolmanufacture in the world; therefore, there are some new traits in supply chain of Chinese powertool manufacture industry. This thesis uses JCNB company to do the case study based on actualoperation so as to find out optimized model of supplier management based on supply chain inpower tool manufacturing companies in China on the basis of their specific characteristics. Bycarrying out Supply Chain Management, the thesis emphasizes on operation practice ofcompanions supply chain management. The thesis firstly reviews theories on supply chainmanagement and the status of Power tool manufacture in China; Secondly, the thesis analysessupply chain management in the case company JCNB, in an effort to find out the problems.Thirdly, suggestions for optimizing supplier management in JCNB are offered from theperspectives of supplier selection and supplier relationship, optimize the structure of supply chainof the case company and better to instruct operation.This study hopes to help with the application theories in power tool manufacturing enterprises.The study also offers some useful suggestions for the information of other power tool enterprises.Meanwhile, the optimized suggestion from this thesis on supplier selection and supplierrelationship management helps to promote the supplier management level of power toolmanufacturing industry.
