Along with the rapid development of urban transportation, the traffic problems are also been taken seriously. The rise of intelligent transportation system (ITS) is to solve the traffic problems, and the use of computer technology in traffic simulation becoming an effective tool in the field of intelligent transportation. The traffic simulation technology was born and rising in foreign and the most widely used models are also established according to the foreign traffic characteristics. Chinese traffic situation is quite different from the foreign traffic. Many problems such as mixed traffic flow, incomplete traffic laws, weak rules consciousness, have great impact on establishing models. So, it is a very important work to establish a model based on the situation of China. The work of this paper is conducted based on the development of FlowSim3.0. The simulation of intersection is difficult, and solving vehicle conflicts become an important factor affecting the simulation results. Using the classical model to resolve the conflict on unsignalized intersection based on Gap Acceptance Theory, when the traffic flow is relatively large, the low priority road vehicles will be waiting for a long time not being able to get an acceptance gap to through, not matching the real situation of China.Through the observation of the actual traffic flow, the paper concluded the characteristics of "switching of the right of way". When the priority of the conflict lanes is not very clear, this can simulate well of the vehicles passing the intersection, making the error of the simulation results controlled in an accepted range.
