Cloud manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode. It achieves cooperative andsharing heterogeneous manufacturing resources, based on the thought ofmanufacturing and services. With the development of the related theories, whether theperfect quality of service (Quality of service QoS) security mechanism can ensure theinterests of both sides, has become one of the key factors that cloud manufacturingservice can be implemented successfully.Firstly, based on the cloud manufacturing service platform, this paper explainedthe cloud services platform’s need for QoS security mechanism in different angle, starting from the study of cloud manufacturing QoS system. On the basis of the studyof cloud manufacturing service and management theory, QoS cloud service isprovided. Besides, the trust management, service level (service Level Agreement,SLA) management and evaluation of management is confirmed as the main researchcontent of cloud service QoS management and the model of QoS service requests ofusers of cloud services is put forward.Secondly, cloud manufacturing service trust management mechanism is studiedin depth, double certification system of cloud services is established. The importanceof SLA management to cloud platform is analysised, the SLA signing process, consultation template and service process control based on SLA. The evaluationindicators system is established on the basis of cloud service QoS evaluationmanagement. assessment results is ensured that scientific through the combination ofalgorithm. Finally, its prototype system is implemented based on the study of cloud serviceQoS.Whether theory is feasibility can be verified by the prototype system.
