With the rapid development of computer technology, cloud computing is widely used as a new business model. Cloud computing is a new network application technology. It links a large number of computing resources, such as storage, software resources together to form a huge resource pool, and provides these to remote users as IT services.Users in Cloud computing need signing SLA(Service Level Agreement) with service providers, using the service through a "pay as you use" service model, which involves the benefits of users and cloud service providers. As the further development of services in cloud computing, trust issue caused by this model has been an important factor. During the service process, if the service does not meet the established standards in SLA, it may affect the benefits of users. For the above issue, the trust evaluation between users and cloud services is researched in this paper. And the main work is as follows:Firstly, the service model of cloud computing, especially the role of SLA in the service process and the conception of trust evaluation, were deeply understood. Then, the characteristics of cloud computing environments and services environmental problems were studied. Based on these, a detailed classification of trust factors was made.Secondly, a trust evaluation model in cloud computing environment was designed based on the analysis and comparison of existing trust management models. In the model, through setting monitoring agent on the client and cloud, it can monitor and collect data related to SLA of the actual service in real time. Using monitoring data to improve the accuracy of user subjective evaluation, it will help users make a reliable and dynamic trust evaluation. Finally, a simple simulation system of the trust model was implemented for verifying its feasibility and accuracy.
